Trail descriptions are concise with color pics inside and helpful distance/elevation diagrams - light and portable book. Helped me not get lost on a four day backpacking trip. 30 trails of varying lengths from hours to days are covered. There are probably other trails in the area but for the tourist these hit some of the most scenic in the area and the trailheads are easily accessible by car. In other words, a very good selection of trails.
